Prospect Park Properties has been managing commercial real estate in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN since 1972. Throughout the years, our focus has been to acquire and develop properties near and adjacent to our existing holdings in SE Minneapolis. As of 2018, we have facilitated the development of projects valuing over $250 million.
Creating synergies between all of our developments is our main focus. Our normal operating procedure is to partner with specific developer types who will promote the synergies we feel are important.
Our portfolio has included office/commercial, warehouse, hospitality, and residential buildings.
Prospect Park Properties’ primary goal is to be a sensitive real estate developer with large holdings in an area where we can make a long lasting positive impact.
VP OF OPERATIONS
As VP of Operations, Neal leads the management branch of the company. His duties include overall business operations, facilities maintenance, leasing negotiations, tenant relations, operational budgeting, and providing support for on-site staff.
JEFFREY D. BARNHART
As President of Prospect Park Properties, Jeff oversees every part of the organization and is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic vision of the company. He also leads the development branch of the company and is involved throughout the entire development process. The scope of his development responsibilities includes land acquisition, due diligence, design, programming, entitlements, financing, leasing anchor tenants, construction, and ongoing management.
VP OF DEVELOPMENT
As VP of Development, Preston is involved in all aspects of the development process, including master planning, zoning & guideline analysis, design, entitlements, and community & stakeholder engagement. In addition to his development responsibilities, he oversees the company’s marketing, security, IT, and administrations.
